How do we help our clients understand that these moments of stillness are not “nothing happening,” but moments of deep healing?

We’ll explore metaphors and language that honor the intelligence of the body — reminding us that nothing in the body is automatic. Every process, even digestion, involves conscious evaluation. Reflexology impulses, too, need time to be received, tasted, and integrated.
