Touchpoint Membership
A free membership account is required in order to purchase webinars and physical courses.
If you upgrade to a paid membership you will get additional benefits such as discounts on purchases, longer viewing period for webinars, access to more content in the techniques library etc...
Membership Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation will be effective when the prepaid period expires. When your paid membership expires you will automatically be downgraded to the free membership plan.
If you choose to upgrade your plan again, your previous rights will be reinstated including access period to webinar recordings.
Physical Workshops
A deposit is due when you book a place at a workshop. The remaining amount is due 30 days prior to the first day of the course.
You are required to pay any outstanding balance before the date indicated on your invoice.
Your place is secured when we have received your full payment.
Cancellation of Physical Workshops
If you cancel a booking within 14 days, we will refund your deposit less a DKK 100 administration fee (eqvivalent to EUR 13 or USD 17).
With cancellation after 14 days and up to 30 days prior to the first workshop day, we will refund your payment less the deposit.
Cancellation later than 30 days before the course yields no refund.
In case of documented illness we will refund the course fee less deposit, or you can have the full amount transferred to a later workshop.
In case Touchpoint cancel a workshop, we will refund the full course fee amount.
Touchpoint disclaims any liability for the loss of money incurred by attendees for airfares and accommodation in the event of event cancellation.
Attendees are responsible for their own travel and accommodation arrangements and expenses and should consider appropriate insurance coverage for such situations.
Payment
Payment of membership and webinars is by credit card (VISA or MasterCard) or PayPal.
Physical courses may also be paid via bank transfer to Nordea Bank SWIFT/BIC: NDEADKKK IBAN: DK7620008129170450
Communication
All communication takes place via email. Please keep your email address updated in your Touchpoint account.
Electronic Course Material
Touchpoint course manuals are provided as PDF-files.
Participants are kindly requested to download and print the manual if they require a paper copy. Hard copies are not provided.
