Working the body's largest organ via 10-Zone Reflexology
Discover a modern approach to reflexology and experience a live demonstration.
Recent research recognizes fascia as the body's largest organ—an interconnected network that exists everywhere in the body. Understanding fascia means understanding these connections and their impact on overall health.
Fitzgerald Revisited
By applying the 10-Zone Reflexology method, you can unlock powerful opportunities for change. Using the good old map of Dr. Fitzgerald's 10-zones as a guide, practitioners can skillfully identify and address fascial patterns through the surface of the feet.
Chronic Neck Pain as an Example
Addressing musculoskeletal pain, such as chronic neck pain, is often challenging. How can we pinpoint which structures in the body are contributing to the issue? The truth is, we can't always know precisely—but we can start exploring possibilities.
Chronic neck pain is frequently caused by tight fascia surrounding affected organs, which can create tension across interconnected fascial networks. This tension may lead to spinal misalignment and increased strain on joints and ligaments.
The underlying cause could stem from the kidneys, liver, lungs, heart, or even scar tissue pulling on the fascia and disrupting structural harmony.
With the 10 zones idea the feet will tell you!
Did you know?
Fascia is the first tissue to differentiate in early embryonic life, forming a network that guides everything else.
When you know:
Isn't it obvious, that a focus on the fascial network should be the foundation in any therapeutic modality?

Dorthe and Peter took a complicated subject like anatomy and made it very easy to understand as well as remember. They're phenonemal instructors that take necessary time with you as an individual to show you exactly where and how to work on your clients. This is easily one of the best reflexology classes I have taken.

Peter and Dorthe presented the most organized and professional training class I have ever attended in my adult life. As a 46-year-old veteran I have been through many classes from military training, to underwater welding, to different types of healing modalities. I was very impressed with the work Peter and Dorthe are doing. Thank you for the wealth of information I will be putting to valuable use. Cheers.
