To the Point: Sternum 2 – A Fascial Hub is the webinar where we move from “understanding the sternum” to “working with the sternum precisely.”

When you sign up for Sternum 2 you will get renewed access to Sternum 1 and extensive handouts for both webinars.

In Sternum 1, we laid the foundation: anatomy, movement, key muscle attachments, the thymus/immune dimension, and the first practical techniques on both feet and body.

In Sternum 2, we go deeper into fascia, joints, pain patterns, and clinical strategy.

The sternum is not just a breastbone.

Through a fascial lens, it is a midline crossroads:
  • a place where tension lines from arms and shoulders
  • neck and voice
  • ribs and breathing
  • and all the way down into the diaphragm and core
- meet and influence each other.

The sternum behaves like a “control plate”: small changes here can create large shifts in thoracic space, breathing depth, posture, and autonomic regulation.

This webinar is strongly clinical.

We address issues that increasingly show up in practice:
  • irritation and pain around the sternum and costosternal joints
  • the feeling of a “locked” or rigid sternum
  • chest-wall myofascial pain
  • and the protective patterns underneath.

We also add the sternoclavicular joints and the sternum’s role as the only bony bridge between the arms and the axial skeleton — a key factor in shoulder/neck patterns and anterior chest tension.

You will leave with an expanded, usable toolbox:

  • precise palpation and treatment logic for the sternum reflex
  • releasing the sternum area via intercostal nerve points
  • a sternum reflex located on the lower leg (Lind-Method)
  • sternoclavicular joint reflexes
  • body techniques that go “deep” without force: vibration, joint work, fascial stretch, and linking holds

The focus is supporting the body in softening protection and restoring space, movement, and calm — with respect for the fact that the sternum is a protective gateway for vital structures.

Peter and Dorthe are internationally respected leaders in reflexology; both as practitioners and teachers. I encourage reflexologists everywhere to expand their theoretical horizons and integrate the hands-on techniques from this workshop in their daily practice. You and your clients will be happy with the results!

- Christine Issel - Sacramento, CA, USA -

Peter and Dorthe presented the most organized and professional training class I have ever attended in my adult life. As a 46-year-old veteran I have been through many classes from military training, to underwater welding, to different types of healing modalities. I was very impressed with the work Peter and Dorthe are doing. Thank you for the wealth of information I will be putting to valuable use. Cheers.

- Rigby Oughs - Boulder City, Nevada, USA -

Dorthe and Peter took a complicated subject like anatomy and made it very easy to understand as well as remember. They're phenonemal instructors that take necessary time with you as an individual to show you exactly where and how to work on your clients. This is easily one of the best reflexology classes I have taken.

- Chantal Magaruh - Nevada, USA -

Thank you much, Peter and Dorthe. You are both magnificent, so well-rounded and empathic, both as stellar individuals and as an exceptionally integrative and professional team. I am grateful to study with you both, such leading-edge pioneers!

- Petra van Noort, New York City -

Touchpoint is well-known around the world for a high professional standard in reflexology. I recommend their teachings, which can widen your practice with great benefit.

- Hanne Marquardt - Black Forest, Germany -
